the focaccia slices are frozen individually and packaged in small batches. i guarantee perfect quality for at least 2 months.
preparing the focaccia is very fast, simple, and only requires a small oven. adding a few drops of good quality olive oil, balsamico and coarse salt will enhance flavor. also recommended: fresh herbs for color and aroma.
